Procedure

1. Power on the device and select your desired treatment mode along with the specific area you wish to target.
2. Apply conductive gel formulated for ultrasound devices to the treatment area for optimal results. This gel is readily available at most pharmacies worldwide.
3. Move the device in small circular motions across the designated area, avoiding prolonged stationary contact to ensure uniform outcomes. When utilizing the EMS treatment, refrain from repositioning the pads until the treatment cycle concludes. If using EMS gloves, you have the flexibility to maneuver them throughout the treated area.
